Information you provide
Pull may store your account details, profile name and photo, onboarding answers, coaching preferences, mission activity, feedback, and support messages.
When you finish a Sidekick recording, Pull uploads the audio to its Supabase storage and sends it to OpenAI for transcription. Pull also sends the resulting transcript, mission details, and relevant coaching settings to OpenAI to generate your debrief. A recording may contain another person’s voice or personal information, so only record a conversation when you have the consent required from everyone involved.
Pull removes the uploaded recording after successful processing. If processing is interrupted, the recording may remain temporarily so the debrief can be retried. The transcript and debrief are stored with your mission history until you delete your account or they are otherwise removed under this policy.
Information collected automatically
We collect limited app-usage and technical information, such as screens and features used, app version, device model and type, operating-system version, approximate country or region derived from device settings, session duration, purchase events, and controlled error diagnostics.
We do not use these analytics to record the contents of your conversations or mission transcripts.
How we use information
We use information to operate Pull, personalize missions and coaching, create transcripts and debriefs, maintain streaks and history, process subscriptions, restore purchases, improve product performance, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Service providers
Pull uses service providers to deliver the app: Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; OpenAI to process Sidekick audio, transcripts, mission context, and coaching settings for transcription and feedback; Mixpanel for product analytics; Superwall and Apple StoreKit for subscription management; and Apple or Google when you choose their sign-in services.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and coaching data while your account is active or as needed to provide Pull. Temporary recordings may remain long enough to retry interrupted processing. You can delete your account and associated Pull data from Profile. Some information may be retained when legally required or in limited security records.
Your choices
You can decline microphone and notification access in iOS Settings, edit available profile information, restore purchases, sign out, or delete your account from within Pull. Deleting your Pull account does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account.
