Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pull. You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining the security of your device and sign-in credentials.
What Pull provides
Pull is a self-improvement and social-confidence coaching tool. Missions, transcripts, scores, and AI-generated suggestions are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Pull does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or professional advice.
Respectful use
Use Pull lawfully and respectfully. Do not use the app to harass, pressure, deceive, follow, threaten, record unlawfully, or violate another person’s privacy or consent. You are responsible for complying with recording and consent laws where you live and where an interaction occurs.
Sidekick recordings and AI
If you choose to record a mission, Pull uploads the audio to Supabase and shares it with OpenAI for transcription. Pull also shares the transcript, mission details, and relevant coaching settings with OpenAI to generate your debrief. The transcript and debrief are saved in your mission history; the uploaded audio is removed after successful processing, subject to temporary retention when a retry is needed.
You must obtain any consent required from other people before recording or sharing a conversation. Do not record someone who has declined or whose consent you cannot lawfully obtain. See our Privacy Policy for more about processing, retention, and deletion.
Subscriptions
Pull offers auto-renewable weekly and yearly subscriptions through Apple. The price shown by Apple at confirmation is the price charged to your Apple Account. Payment is charged when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Pull account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Available trials or introductory offers, if any, are determined by Apple and your eligibility. Purchases are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and refund policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Pull, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, upload malicious material, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Pull and may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Pull is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that coaching output will be accurate, suitable, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Pull is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
